End of summer workout Today = 10 mile bike, 3 mile run and 1 hour kayak.  My meal plan has been medium portions, snacking on vegetables and making sure I have a breakfast.

Updating activity and track minutes per week. when I bike between 10 and 20 miles. longest 30 to date. running 3.5 better pace 8:40/mile longest 6.75 miles, 3 sets push ups, 3 sets pull ups,
