Is body for life stil relevant these days ? This forum is not even a shadow of a few years back. I’d be interested exactly how many people still visit this forum. I used to come here for support, sadly support is now in short supply here.

I notice this post has been viewed but no comments, says a lot really. Very sad this site has gone stagnant. If you read this at least comment so I know I’m not just talking to myself.

Yes. This site used to be the place to go. Nothing going on here anymore. But the program is as good as always. I just think a lot of people moved away to newer programs and so forth. When BFL came out years ago, there were not that many programs. Today there are plenty.

I am still using parts of BFL for my fitness training, but I have been trying the Ketogenic diet to maximise fat burning. So far so good. Glad to see others visit this site.

Yes it is!   It is a great program.  Just completed a 12 week challenge after 10 years.  At 43, it definitely was harder but if you follow the program you will have success.  I took advantage of my cheat days!! Ate whatever I wanted and drank.

Do it.  Time will pass what are you gonna do about it.

Well done for completing the challenge. I am on my 5th week of my 12 week transformation. I am basing my workouts around the BFL structure, already dropped a stone. But I am doing the ketogenic diet. Really great for fat burning.
