I have just discovered the ketogenic lifestyle. I use the BFL training method, but use keto for my diet, working very well so far. Still saddens me how desolate this site is now. But I won’t let that stop me.

hey, ive been doing keto for a while and and wanting to start bodyforlife again. ive lost plenty of body fat thru keto way of eating but was unsure on how to start training again. I see this website is desolated and theres a lot more programs out there I guess, but bfl was my first experience so im willing to try it out..

I love doing keto, and I use the BFL training method, at least for 12 weeks. I’m mainly fat burning at the moment. After 12 weeks I will be probably going on some kind of bulking programme. It’s nice to see someone else here, but it really saddens me that this site is deader than a morgue.
