Hi everyone, I notice everyone is feeling a bit left out in the cold as the social media has overtaken both BFL and this group. I want to wish you all good luck. I have done the challenge twice over the course of the last 20 years. It DOES work. It takes determination, support, and most of all - forgiveness of yourself when you go off the rails. Don't fret, just get back on. Repeat that week's challenge goals, and then continue on.

Sometimes, the 12 week challenge turns into 14 or 15 weeks. But remember, the point is to make this a lifestyle change, and so the challenge really is infinite.
