Very excited to get started and hoping to get a little guidance/confirmation here. Any other "over 60" (...years old) BFL beginners? Any recommended modifications? Never did any weight training before, starting with a Fitness Gear 600 bench, some weights & dumbbells, and a schwinn A15 upright exercise bike. Workouts in the early AM, and will be supplimenting (3 of 6) meals with Arvonne protein shakes. Still need to get my ititial BMI checked... assume any of the BMI calipers can get me started?
